If you do not live in the hotel, you can enter the bar only with a reservation.
You clearly have a great view of the coast and Dubai.
There are alcoholic drinks and a lot of cocktails.
Including by far the most expensive drinks I have ever seen. If you would like to spend 1000 euros for a single cocktail, this is the place for you. Ingredients are stuff like 80 years old scotch or 100 years old champagne.
Something's only in Dubai. (I stopped by a whiskey sour)
