I have been a customer of Capitol Credit Union for...

I have been a customer of Capitol Credit Union for several years and I must say their service has been consistently average. While it is not the best credit union out there, it is also not the worst. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get assistance as they can get quite busy. Overall, I have had an okay experience with Capitol Credit Union.
