My experience with Pioneer magnetics, inc. was not what I expected. The quality of their products was subpar and I had to return some items due to defects. The customer service was unhelpful and it took multiple attempts to get a resolution. The company website, pioneermagnetics.com, was difficult to navigate and the overall shopping experience was disappointing. I would not recommend Pioneer magnetics, inc. to others.
