The worst complaint submission process I've ever encountered. You must fill out a long form on the website and then continue to ask for additional information. It is not possible to attach files and in addition even telephone contact does not help. After sending five e-mails I was still sent back with a "receipt". And I tried to advertise a stupid collar for 120 PLN. In my humble opinion, this only shows how this company has a customer attitude.
