We had service performed on an infrequently used pallet jack, with less than 10 hours on it. It was such a new model the technicians didn't know how to work on it. When it was determined that the problem was the batteries had gotten too low, so the jacks controller wouldn't allow the charger to function unless the technician reprogrammed it, they reassembled everything they had disassembled and then reprogrammed it. Then after 2 hours of operation after returning the jack to service, it went down again. This time the technician sent found the controller fuse was loose. The only person to ever touch that fuse was the previous technician to work on it. Shoppa's then billed us $323.40 to repair their people's work. When we protested they sent us a copy of their warranty policy. THEY DON'T WARRANTY THEIR WORK.
