So I worked here for about 3 years and really enjoyed what I did, when I first got hired in 2013 October I moved up really fast cause I got the job and I did what I needed to succeed. With success of course came haters and I had many. The sad part is not just the employees were my haters I had it from upper management and people who didn t even know me. I would get talked about in manager meetings and I would get talked about by management who never even managed me. Saying how I was unfit for management and I shouldn t be interviewing for it. Where I come from management is supposed to encourage their leaders not bring them down even if you don t think they are fit for the position that s a conversation you have behind closed doors one on one not in front of friends of mine. Shame on you! I won t put her on blast but she knows who she is. Cause I m not here To shame anyone they do that all on their own. I wouldn t honestly say this company is horrible to work for cause again with success comes haters and you obviously are doing something right if people who don t even know you know of you. Management wasn t encouraging at all except a few. Management (upper management) smiles in your face but quick to stab you in back. However, I still will kindly agree and say this company isnt horrible to work for. As long as you can take a punch or 10 in the face then your good I mean what company is perfect? I have a great resume and great knowledge with student loans because of the opportunity I was given. The company s values were honestly hypocritical and unnecessary but for the most part as mentioned CTI is only as good as the people that they have representing them. I wasn t perfect and this is coming from their top collector. I made the company money and in return made myself money as well. Yeah, I lost my cool and I ended in not so many good situations but CTI gave me experience, gave me strength. Shortly after my mother passed away I started to really lose myself and patience for the things that I put up with for the whole 3 years of being there so for me it was time for a change. I needed to change my surroundings in order to change my life. That s what happen. After I left this company it went down hill and that s not saying cause I left it went down hill, I mean god showed me a way out and I took it then shortly after I left they laid more people off and more people quit now you here a lot about the truth when it comes to reviews. I now have a great career and wonderful references Even though after everything I went through it would make since For me to bash that company and call out every single person who ever slap me in my face, But I m better than that if you want to get an idea what the companies like get a job there and experience it for yourself. You shouldn t listen to a review or a friend. Take a chance good luck
