I have been a customer of Kriegman and Smith, Inc. for several years now and I must say the service they provide is average. While they do get the job done, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. The staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful, which is disappointing. However, their products are of decent quality and their prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kriegman and Smith as average.
