I had a pretty average experience with GEM LAIR. The customer service was okay, nothing exceptional. The quality of the jewelry was good but not outstanding. It's a decent company overall, but I think they have room for improvement. I don't know if I would recommend them to others, but it's worth checking them out if you're interested.
