I have been a loyal customer of Tcp for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. While they do have a good range of products, their customer support is not very responsive. It sometimes takes them a while to resolve issues and that can be quite frustrating. However, their prices are reasonable and they often have great deals and discounts.
