My appointment was at 8:00 AM this morning May 14, 2018. I arrived early 7:40 AM. NO Line, awesome. I was immediately approached by an employee that greeted me with a big smile and good morning. He told me to pull up and the service advisor would be right with me, he was! He wrote up my car which was do for the 5,000 mile inspection and I added an oil change to the ticket. He took my keys and said he would come get me when the car was ready and directed me to the customer lounge. The lounge was awesome. Another employee kindly showed me how to use the computerized coffee machine and i walked away with a delicious custom ordered coffee. I then proceeded to the food counter where they have free donuts for their customers. I picked out a cinnabun. The girl behind the counter said that my donut would taste even better if I allowed her to heat it up a little. It was incredible! Just about 10 minutes after I finished my coffee and donut my service advisor walked up and told me my car was ready! Great experience, great service!
