I recently had the opportunity to hire a cleaning service from mastercarecleaning.com.au and I must say they provided an average experience. 💁‍♀️ While their website appeared professional and easy to navigate, the actual service was not exceptional. 😕 The cleaning team arrived on time and were polite, but the quality of their work was just average. 🧹🧽 Some areas were left untouched and I had to point them out. Moreover, the communication with their customer service was lacking. 📞📧 They were slow to respond to my inquiries and took a while to resolve any issues. 💬💤 Overall, I can't deny that they got the job done, but I wasn't impressed with their attention to detail or their customer service. 😐 I would consider looking elsewhere for a more exceptional cleaning experience next time. 🧼💔
