I recently joined a spinning studio and I'm loving it! The classes at Rpm Studio are intense but so much fun. The instructors are motivating and the music keeps me pumped up throughout the workout. The bikes are comfortable and the studio has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend trying out spinning classes here if you're looking for an effective and enjoyable workout!
