4.5 out of 5.0 stars - I am a resident at Apollo Health and Rehab who is discharging after a 17 day short-term rehab stay. Overall, my stay was excellent! I did have a customer service issue with one individual, but the Executive Director is taking care of it. Everyone in the therapy department was amazing. I couldn't get out of bed when I got to Apollo and now I am walking on my own; I am only using the walker for extra support. In such a short space of time, the progress I made is unbelievable. I was told that I might need to be here for one month, but they got me home in 17 days - they are relentless, they don't give up on patients. They want us to see the patients get better. Other employees were stand out also...Wanda is always helping everyone. And the others too - if they know that there is something you don't like, they find what you like and play to that instead. I could've chosen to go anywhere. I am glad that I chose Apollo.
