We cultivated ridge gourds in our farm using dhaanya seeds(METAHELIX). After 45-50 days, when we harvested the first batch of vegetables, we found that all the ridge gourds are bitter. Hence we were not able to sell the vegetables in the market and due to this , we lost our income around 1,00,000 . Also the other resources like water, fertilizers ( natural)and 50 days of manpower got wasted due to the bad quality of seeds.
