I recently purchased some home cabinetry from this company. The product quality and selection were quite average, nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was a bit lacking. I had some issues with delivery and it took longer than expected to resolve. The pricing was competitive, but I didn't feel like I was getting incredible value for my money. Overall, the experience was okay, but not something I would rave about. I appreciate the decent range of options, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service and delivery efficiency. Hopefully, they can work on these areas and elevate their customer experience. 🙂
