I recently engaged with a consulting group and found their services to be quite average. While they were responsive and had some good insights, I felt that the depth of their expertise was lacking in certain areas. The communication was satisfactory, but there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, but I would have appreciated more detailed information about their team and past projects. Overall, my experience was okay, but there's room for improvement in terms of expertise and communication.
