I recently used the services of this company to develop a website for my small business. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The team was responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. However, the design and functionality of the website were not as innovative as I had hoped for. 🤔 Additionally, I encountered some technical glitches after the website went live, which required follow-up support. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was a bit inconvenient. The pricing was competitive, but I would have preferred a more polished end product. In summary, while the customer service was decent, there's room for improvement in website quality and post-launch support.
