Very, very shady company. They have been doing my payroll for a few years. The company which I own 2 third of owes me about 9g in vacation pay. No big deal as I can wrote myself the check or walk next door and withdrawl it. However upon my request to have it done properly and through the books, they come to me and say sorry sir you have never actually been named in this account. Since it's my "small share" partners connection, they felt it needed his or his assistants approval.

This company will obviously never see a another cent from mine, and I have a few more of these reviews to go write now. Corruption must run very deep withing this company if they are asking for ID, 4 years after servicing me. I, who has been the main signing authority since inception of the business to current date. Dont get me wrong, these guys owe me nothing and I want nothing form them. Only some assurance that my banking info has been destroyed by them and thus far, they are not responding to email..

Reply: So glad you publically replied, let's keep the ball rolling then shall we? So you now claiim its for your clients privacy do you? So why was it for 4 years you did everything I asked without question? When I said, send me all my employees ROE's, you did that without any hesitation. When I asked anything of you for 4 years, you did it without any due diligence at all didnt you? So you did not care one tiny bit about any of my employees personal data or security for years. When I asked how much vacation pay fo I have built up, you sent me that data too. It was only when I asked for something for myself that all of a sudden your company developed a conscience? Now, this is the first reply you have given me in 6 months?

So which is it? You were protecting your clients for the very first time in years, or it's just because I wasn't named on account? Lastly, you had no problem defecting money from my account and I am the only one named on it! My name is also on the restaurant wall! So spare me with your privacy and due diligence excuse.

Simply put...

You can't make your claims after 4 years of not doing any of that.
