I recently made a purchase from an online company. The website was easy to navigate and I found everything I needed without any hassle. The prices were fair and the products were of good quality. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and their responses were not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience.
