I have been working with Crew management services llc for the past year and I must say, their services are average. They handle crew management for my company's fleet of ships and they do get the job done, but there are some areas where they could improve. Their communication could be better and sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to queries. Overall, they are an okay option for crew management.
