I met Brad at a home show and right away we connected. I could tell he was a genuinely proud business owner and it showed in his communication. Brad and his team's responsiveness blew me away, as it's rare to work with people that are such good communicators. After going through many samples (I'm very particular), I found my perfect floor and it was installed beautifully. The project was completed in a timely manner and we're thrilled.
