I recently booked a trip with Villeneuve voyages and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and I felt like they weren't very helpful. The trip itself was okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate Villeneuve voyages as average.
