- [ ] Unprofessional at best. Did not speak professional at all or provide any information. I got more information from the police than from DCfS. They will stress they have 60 days to complete a investigation, 40 days in and still no conclusion , Police closed their case 4 weeks ago. They are really not investigating anything when it s nothing to investigate. The Case Worker I Dealt with Joyce Braithwait was terrible, Needs more training and to take the job serious and not move at pace for something that only takes a week instead of waiting until the 60th day. Called in at least 4 times and never had updates. One lady hung up the phone from the call center on Damen, They also waited until the 59th day to speak to two people on my character. Don t Know how this is even up to standards ,Now i have to hired a lawyer and appeal a Decision with no facts or anything. Really A Joke If you have to deal with them. My Cousin is Dcfs Worker and owns her own clinic in Detroit and was shocked about how they conduct business here in DCFS.
