It's been a year since I started using the dc.gov website, and I have to say it's been a positive experience overall. The website is user-friendly and offers a wide range of services. The only downside is that sometimes it takes a while to get a response or assistance. But considering the large volume of requests they receive, it's understandable. I appreciate the effort put into making interactions with the D.C. government more efficient and convenient.
