I started this process 3 years ago and although I came in kicking and screaming for the most part, CompDrug has been instrumental in saving and changing my life. I KNEW it was what I needed to do in the beginning but until my mindset changed to look at it as being something i WANTED to do, the change would be slow to happen. Luckily after about the first full year, I could see what a better life I was leading. My family was back, I was blessed with 2 granddaughters the first year. Things continued to get better and i was experiencing life like I never expected. It was then I knew that I would NEVER go back to my old life. The staff are all wonderful and they all deserve recognition, they are doing this because they want to help make a difference, I believe that!! Please if you read through the comments there are a few that are negative and you should take them only for what they are worth, Not Much! Their goal is to help us excel in life and to make a better one for ourselves and our family. They in no way are trying to keep anyone on welfare. Get your facts straight before you post such a negative comment that holds no truth. I encourage anyone who is fighting an opiate addiction and who TRULY wants help, and although medicine maintenance is not for everyone, it was a lifesaver for me! It doesn't need to be a permanent thing, that is entirely up to you. Good Luck to you as you move forward to a better life!!!!!
