I had an unusual experience. I thought I had found my dress elsewhere and merely stopped by to cancel my appointment so they could squeeze someone else in. The manager came over and was very encouraging to go with whatever dress I loved best. With my wedding 4 months away AND being an older bride in my 40's, I was limited. She said, I can only think of 2 dresses that would be anything close to what I was looking for and she said to look at them if only to reassure me that I chose the best one. Well, I liked one of them ....and came back to buy it. (This was after she encouraged me to go back and try the other one on to be sure). That is great sales and customer service. I like the integrity level.
