The sandwiches are really pretty tasty here but don t even bother trying to order online during their lunch rush!! Each of the four recent times I have tried to order online for pick-up, my order has not even been looked at until I walk up to the counter and give them my name and order information. Today I ended up waiting about 25 minutes in the establishment for my ONE turkey/Swiss sandwich that I ordered an hour and a half prior. Their tardiness has caused me to be late for appointments and miss my lunch entirely.
I m going to stick with Jimmy Johns, Sub Shop off 19th or Jersey Mikes from now on.
