Seriously a great experience from top to bottom with the gents from Bill Knight Ford ("BKF"). From the seamless order placement in March, to the answering of all of my silly questions from Kenny Owens (sales manager), to the progress emails from Kenny and the main peeps at Ford Direct, to the great recommendation to adjust a few items to get my Bronco quicker, to the great finishing team of Todd (sales) and David (finance) getting the last touches put on my Bronco and bringing it to me at work. Great all around experience wrapped in a year and four month cocoon of anticipation. My wait is over and there is nothing but elation in this new Bronco owner.
