I had an average experience at Kings Cross Hotels ...

I had an average experience at Kings Cross Hotels Group. The room was nice, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
