husband bought a batter pack from a retailer pilot24 and although only used 3-4 times, the batter died. It was out of warranty by a few months but no one expects an expensive part like this to stop working with limited use. Service was quick to respond but their answer and level of caring was bad. looking for a new company to buy from. any suggestions would help
