Horrible customer service!! I would never go back ...

Horrible customer service!! I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone! We took our Samsung LCD television there to get a diagnostic test. The next day, Gary called us and told us that he could not repair our t.v. because he was unable to get the part for it. Gary also told us that we could get on ebay and order the used part ourselves and then bring the part and our tv back to him to install but we have to pay him no matter what, if the part worked or it didnt!! So he wanted us to purchase a used part on ebay (what a gamble) ourselves which alleviates him of any liability of a bad part and then he gets paid no matter what, if it works or doesnt!! This business's practices are unethical and unprofessional!

We decided to just have him write up a paper stating that he could not get it fixed, because he couldnt fix it. When we showed up to pick up our t.v. his rude associate demanded $25 for the paper and it had the part from ebay listed on it with a price of over $400. However, the estimate was deceptive because it did not state that it was in fact a used part from ebay. He refused to write an honest estimate and include important accurate facts, like for one HE CANT FIX IT! People trust professionals to fix expensive electronics and that the work and new parts have some guarantee, not to be told that they need to order USED parts themselves on EBAY!

Gary then told us not to come back, wow! Way to go with customer service!! It would be our pleasure to never go back and we will make sure that all of our fellow soldiers and thier families here at Ft. Rucker know the lack of professionalism this business operates with.
