My experience with Woodridge Behavioral Health has been a roller coaster ride. At times, I have received exceptional care and support, but there have also been moments of frustration. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been instances where they seemed overwhelmed. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, there have been some organizational issues, particularly with scheduling appointments. Despite the ups and downs, I would rate my overall experience as average.
