Param Yoga is simply the best! The instructors go above and beyond to create a nurturing and supportive environment. The classes are well-paced, and I always feel challenged yet grounded. I particularly enjoy the incorporation of meditation and pranayama techniques. This studio has truly helped me deepen my practice.
