I had the opportunity to work with Image Matters SA for my website design. While they did a decent job, I believe there is room for improvement. The design lacked creativity and uniqueness. It was a bit generic and didn't fully capture the essence of my brand. However, the team was responsive and delivered the website within the expected timeframe.
