We purchased a big item from Olympic Pools and Spas and Randy kept me up to date as to production and delivery. The installation went great. And then when we had an issue with something( not to do with his product!!) he was very willing to research the situation to find us a solution. His installation crew was wonderful and very nice. Glad this company is an A+ company to deal with in case we have questions or issues in the future.
