I recently went on a trip with Gran explorador, and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was good, but nothing exceptional. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. The itinerary was well-planned, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected more.
