I recently worked with a UX company for my website redesign project. The team did a great job in improving the user experience and the overall design. However, I felt that there were some missing elements in the final deliverables. The communication was good, but I wish they had provided more detailed explanations of their design choices. Nonetheless, Stup UX did a decent job, and I would consider working with them again in the future.
