I had a mixed experience with BENVENUTO, LORI L RN. There were some aspects of their service that were good, but there were also some areas where they could improve. Overall, I would rate them as average. The staff was friendly and attentive, but there were some miscommunications and delays in getting the care I needed. I appreciate their efforts but feel there is room for improvement.
