We are renting a unit for one and a half year through Independent. It has been an unstable experience with it s ups and downs. Until Caroline Phengrasmy took over our property management. Within a week she helped us solve and retrieve what previous employees couldn t provide us in months. To us, she was and still is an experience changer.
