Koons Upholstery is an average company. The quality of their work is neither great nor terrible. I had my couch upholstered by them and although the end result was satisfactory, I expected a bit more attention to detail. The fabric they used was of good quality and the color matched my living room perfectly, but there were a few loose stitches that I had to fix myself. Overall, I would say that they provide a decent service.
