They were very helpful in getting my storage unit set up and their prices were reasonable. That's where the good ended.

Then, after my month was up, in the hassle of moving into my new place I left the storage unit keys at my boyfriend's house and forgot about them. The next month I received one missed call from a 352 number I didn't know, but no message. Figured it was a wrong number. Then the 2nd month I noticed there was a missed call from a 352 number and a message. I called back and they informed me I now owed them lots of money.

I shouldn't have forgotten about the keys, but they should have left me a message that first month, and I would had dealt with it then and paid half as much ($50 instead of $100). If they hadn't reached me until the 3rd month I would have owed $150. Its just bad business practice on their part to not leave messages.

Moral of the story: Be careful dealing with them and be sure you don't forget to turn your keys in ! Cause they sure won't remind you.
