My recent trip booked through Arena travel was average. While the website and booking process were fine, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The customer service team could have been more attentive, and there were a few hiccups during the trip. However, it was still an enjoyable experience overall. I would consider giving Arena travel another chance in the future.
