So I lost my pass while in the diner. I asked the staff in every area... no one had turned it in or had seen it. Last area I thought to ask was the batting cages counter. Cameron C. the employee there at the moment, gave me the same answer... but he went a step above. He looked up my card to find out if it was being used( as I had not used it that day yet), and found that it was in use & someone actually tried to transfer it to a card of their own!
He was able to, with the help of a manager, resolve my issue with a little more effort! Employees like him are the reason we keep coming back!

On another note.... the manager Brandon has helped on more than one occasion(card issues, refund issues, error issues), not once making me feel like a nuisance and always making the experience a much more enjoyable! I wouldn t doubt that he, and other team members like him, are the key to making this place great!!!

It is always awesome fun here with great employees!
