I recently started my self-defense journey at Rocky Waters Aikido Self Dfnse and it's been incredible so far. The instructors are skilled and patient, helping me understand and execute techniques effectively. The classes are engaging and challenging, providing a well-rounded learning experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and the community is friendly. I feel more confident and empowered after each session. Highly recommend!
