i am thoroughly disgusted with Quicken Loan/Rocket...

i am thoroughly disgusted with Quicken Loan/Rocket loan service. After 4 phone calls and over 20 security questions i was denied account access. I could not get my payoff balance so I estimated it and wire transferred $239,000.00 to Quicken. Now they will not tell me if they received this payment because security has locked my account. I have no access and security has not called me after promising to call shortly after 9:30 am PST today.
Why is my account locked? Why have I not been contacted to unlock? WHERE IS MY $239,000.00 ?
