I had an overall average experience with Het Kopland. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the response time from the customer service team was quite slow. It took several days for them to get back to me with answers to my questions. I appreciate their efforts to provide support, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness. Nevertheless, the services offered by Het Kopland are valuable and necessary for the community.
