I booked an appointment with Shimada after hearing rave reviews from a friend. As someone who has thick, Afro Caribbean curly hair I have struggled over the years to find someone who can manage my hair in the way that I want. Shimada listened to my guidelines as to what I wanted and honestly, has given me a cut that was down to a T. I was in the salon the best part of 2 hours and was treated impeccably and felt super relaxed the whole time. I felt listened to as a customer and we had a great hoot talking and laughing. The cost was unblievealy reasonable for the experience that I had and I will not only be recommending him but returning myself when I am due a trim. Great salon, cannot recommend enough!
