I had an average experience with Crowd event / bernabeum gmbh. The company website crowdvent.de is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall service to be lacking. The communication was poor and it took longer than expected to get a response from the team. The event I attended was also not as organized as I had hoped. It seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail. I would recommend the company to improve their customer service and event management.
