I recently visited The Institute of Naturopathic Sleep Medicine and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the wait times were longer than expected. The consultation with the naturopathic sleep specialist was helpful, but I wished they had more options for treatment. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
