I ve had an enjoyable experience with Charlotte Athletic Club. When Gold s gym gave sudden notification they were closing I was worried I was going to no longer be able to see my personal trainer D. Luckily she was one of the staff that moved over to CAC from Gold s. D has been a fantastic trainer. She truly cares about her clients and bettering their lives. She wants to make a difference and she makes sure that she puts in the work to motivate you and get you moving. CAC is a great fit for her and I m so glad I m able to continue my sessions with her in this facility.
